Objective: Ontologies are effective tools for organizing and retrieving information. They are more compatible with semantic information retrieval systems and environment. Several methods and approaches have been proposed for designing and building ontologies. The aim of this study is to categorize ontology building methods and identify their important features and requirements.Methodology: The present research is a qualitative study using meta-synthesis method to analyze selected studies (include scientific journal and conference papers from available resources) in the area of designing and building ontologies. Accordingly, 59 articles were selected and reviewed among resources. After analyzing articles, a framework includes identified designing and building ontologies methods’ categories and features were presented. Findings: Based on the analysis of the studies, 140 codes, 43 concepts and 10 categories were obtained. The categories include: social and user-centered; Philosophical approaches and methods based on logic, mathematics and probability; Knowledge organization approaches; Methods based on the application of engineering principles; Methods based on natural text and language processing; Automatic and semi-automatic building methods; Facilitated environment-based and software supported building methods; Risk analysis methods; Methods focused on acquiring knowledge and Methods based on the integration of existing ontologies.Originality: Present study is one of the first one which analyze ontology building approaches using meta-synthesis method. It provides a general framework and guidance for researchers who want to create ontologies in different subject domains. The proposed framework can be used to select suitable method based on different features and prerequisites for creating ontology.

Objective: The present study aims to provide a precise definition of "user basic psychological needs" in using interactive products and also to extract its elements.Methodology: This research uses Meta-Synthesis method to collect and analyze data. The statistical population of the research is Persian and English dissertations and articles related to the subject, which have been published in reputable databases and scientific research journals in the country and abroad without any time limit. 45 research met the criteria and were selected to enter the Meta-Synthesis method.Findings: The present study distinguished concepts of "human basic psychological needs" and "user basic psychological needs" and define them at first step and subsequently extracts and defines 37 basic psychological needs at the second step.Originality: Application of human need theories was always limited to a particular pervasive theory, while performing a meta-study has potential capacity for providing more opportunities to generate new ideas related to design and development of interactive products. The results of this study facilitate a deeper understanding of “user psychological needs” concept to design interactive products. The psychological needs presented in this research can be considered as the starting point for the design of interactive products while this new approach can provide a great capacity to create novel and creative ideas.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify cloud-based storage software that has archival capability and check out their features to the most appropriate software for having the features specified and introduced to internal archive centers. Methodology: The study is descriptive and is based on a survey and library study. A researcher-constructed checklist and taking notes are used to collect the data. The statistical population of this research is 22 cloud-based storage softwares that has archival capability Which were selected by purposive sampling. Findings: The findings suggest that Cross-platform softwares have many benefits for both users and software developers and The greatest weakness of the software in this study in the software platform, Contains platforms for iOS and Android. On the features of software cloud storage, Encryption, file sharing, access control and backup had the most support; The biggest weakness of the statistical softwares in this area is the weakness in the version control feature. Result: The results of this study identify both X Cloud and luckycloud as the most appropriate cloud-based storage software that has archival capability for use in internal archives.

Objective: This study aims assessment interdisciplinary relations in nanotechnology, biotechnology, cognitive and information articles using co-citation technique.Methodology: This study in object aspect, is applied, in method aspect is descriptive and use co-citation technique. Bibliographic data of Iranian English articles published between 2001 and 2015, including 68,864 records in nano, bio, info and cognitive sciences fields indexed Scopus. A number of measures were used for the relationship between scientific fields, including: inclusion index, homogeneous index, maximum and minimum spanning tree, impacted and effected fields.Findings: The highest scores in ‌ inclusion index belong to information technology in "info - bio" compound and biotechnology lowest rating in "cog - bio" compound. The highest numbers of author cited belong to the combined areas of "Nano - Info - bio" and the least number belong to "cog - nano - info" compound. Information technology affected by other areas and nanotechnology impact on other areas. Results: Bio-nanotechnology fields have the potential greatly to the benefit of the co-authors to cite their articles. Cited authors patterns in the information technology articles is most similar to the bio-technology articles. Nanotechnology, biotechnology and cognitive articles have many cited authors that can use in information technology articles for citing. Nanotechnology articles have many cited authors that the other fields can use them for citing. In compound tertiary "nano - info - bio" be seen more coordination and interdisciplinary according to the cited authors and there is greater potential to utilize the authors to citing in their papers.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and service innovation in academic libraries of Kermanshah.Method: The present study is a practical research and was conducted based on descriptive-survey method. To collect data, Islam, Agarwal & Ikeda questionnaire was used. After standardization it was distributed among the research population. The population of the study consisted 55 academic librarians. Because research population was limited, so, census method was used to collect data. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used.Findings: The findings showed the highest mean was related to variable of innovation in library services (3.39) and the lowest mean for dissemination and transfer of knowledge (3.05). There is also a significant relationship between knowledge creation/capture, knowledge sharing/transfer and knowledge application/use with innovation in academic library services. Also, there was a significant correlation between knowledge management and innovation in academic library services. Of course there is no significant difference between the innovation in services and the dimensions of knowledge management of librarians based on the places of librarians' services.Originality: Based on the desirability of knowledge management and innovation in academic library services (except knowledge sharing/transfer) it is imperative to improve knowledge sharing in academic libraries, so, librarians need to participate in social activities and discussion sessions.

AbstractPurpose: The main purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the Scientific Outputs in mathematics, physics and chemistry in Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University (ASMU).Methodology: This applied research has been done using the scientometrics method. The statistical population of the research is the indexed outputs of basic science researchers in the Scopus database (1989-2019). VOSViewer was used to draw scientific maps as well as T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were applied to answer the research hypotheses. Findings: According to the findings, the level of international scientific cooperation of mathematics researchers at ASMU is higher than that of researchers in chemistry and physics. The results showed that the mean of scientific outputs in terms of academic rank and gender were significant, but not significant in terms of educational group and degree of education There was significant and high positive correlation between the number of dissertation units and scientific outputs indexed in Scopus.Originality: Analyze the factors affecting the Scientific Outputs of ASMU and Drawing Co-authorship Network with the VOSViewer are the main novelties of this paper.
