Methodology:In terms of objective and collecting data (made by systematic approach), this research is placed in sort of applied and descriptive research respectively. in order to collect data, we used a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population is all students of Tarbiat Modares University in both master and doctoral degrees. Sampling was done randomly and the sample size, according to Cochran formula, is 374 personsFindings:The results obtained by structural model indicated that there is a meaningful relation between the variable defined as attitude towards jobs future and the variable information-seeking behavior of students. The results of Kruskal-Wallis and Uman- Whitney tests showed that there was no difference between postgraduate and PhD students in terms of attitude towards jobs future. In addition, there was no difference among students of various groups given the variable towards to job future. while he reaction of students of various groups towards information-seeking behaviors was similar, there exist a significant difference between master and doctoral students in terms of information-seeking behaviorOriginality: As far as the results of this research is concerned, there is a meaningful relation between the information-seeking behavior and the attitudes of students toward their job future. Improving the attitudes to job future and motivating them, we can expect their information-seeking behavior would be improved. The discrepancy between graduate and doctoral students in terms of information-seeking behaviors indicates that universities, or more accurately, central libraries can play a greater role to enhance information-seeking skills of students as well as their level of information knowledge.

.Objective: The purpose of this article is to identify the institutional repository evaluation indicators and to evaluate the compliance of the institutional repository of Al-Zahra University with it.Methodology : This research has used the qualitative method., the meta-combined method has been used to create the indicators. And the panel of experts has been identified to refine the criteria and a last part of the researcher-made checklist has been used to check the realization of the selected criteria using descriptive statistics. Findings: The findings showed that a total of 70 elements divided into six categories (technology, policy, content, marketing, personnel and user application) are among the evaluation indicators which was obtained from the meta-synthesizing and the institutional repository of Al-Zahra University was evaluated according to these criteria. Conclusion: According to the research findings, institutional repository indicators were conceptualized in 6 dimensions of technology, procedure, content, marketing, personnel and user, which serves the analysis of institutional repositories. The result is that the condition of Al-Zahra University repository corresponds to 3/4 standards in terms of standards. And a slight weakness is seen in some areas such as procedure and line and policy and content management and technology and personnel. Which should be carefully reviewed in weak areas and try to improve the quality of the institutional repository such as Spark.

Objectives: The purpose of the research was conducted to design a model for producing open educational resources (OER) for the virtual education system of University of Tehran.Methodology: The research method of this study was a survey. A researcher-made a 20 item questionnaire extracted from earlier studies with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.753 was used. The statistical population of the study includes 81 professors and experts in e-learning at the University of Tehran. After completing the questionnaire, the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS software and Amos software. Results: The components of the proposed production model of educational resources based on rank importance include learning models, modification; Change and merge, validity, resource quality, being free, licenses, integrated archives, and access and rewrite. The template was validated by mean test, Kaiser Meyer Olkin test (KMO), and Bartlett's Test at 95% confidence level, and the correlation of each part of the template was confirmed by the Chi square test. The components of the model are independent of other components: the reason loads of each reason with chi-square indices of the degree of freedom equal to 1.786, the goodness of fit index equal to 0.917, root mean square index of estimation error equal to 0.069, and A comparative fit equal to 0.901 shows the relationship between the factors and the model. It can be concluded that the proposed model is approved as a suitable model for an open educational resource.

Objective: Adherence to scientific ethics is possible through learning and understanding the norms and internalizing the principles of writing. Something that can be called author identification. Cheung et al. Have developed a scale by understanding the need to explain and measure this concept. The current study was done in order to evaluate and validate the author's identity scale. Methodology: The present study was conducted by using a correlational design in which the method of covariance matrix was used for the purpose of confirmatory factor analysis. the population under study consisted of all masters and Ph.D. students of Mohaghegh Ardebili university and a number of 384 people were chosen using the Stratified Random Sampling method. Findings: the survey determining the content and construct validity confirmed the validity of the questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the reliability of the author’s indentity questionnaire was 0.86, and using the half-split method it was calculated to be 0.75. Confirmatory Factor Analysis, similar to the main form, confirmed the three factors of awareness in writing, writer’s comprehension and sufficient knowledge to prevent plagiarism. According to the results, we can say that identity questionnaire is a reliable and valid tool to assess the identity of writers and university researchers.Originality: This study is the first study to examine the technical characteristics of the scale that can measure the perceptions and attitudes of students and academic researchers about the identification of the authors.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to "design a model for evaluating the responsiveness of Iranian university library services". Methodology: In this research, a qualitative model for evaluating the responsiveness of library services in the university libraries of the country was developed using a qualitative method. The study population consisted of 15 university library managers and librarianship experts who were selected by snowball method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data in this study.Findings: according to the weight obtained in the coding stages, user satisfaction indicators, employee information literacy, use of service innovations, application of technology, service delivery as an underlying process, access to information, holding training courses In line with the goals and continuous and regular assessment of service quality, they were able to gain the most weight. In order to design the relevant model, 9 components were identified, which are 1- Leadership 2- Policy 3- Employee Outcomes 4- User Outcomes 5- Employees 6- Processes 7- Community Outcomes 8- Key Performance Outcomes and 9- Partnerships and Resources Conclution: According to the designed model, it seems that the components of leadership, policy and strategy, as well as processes will affect employees, partnerships and resources, and thus affect the results of employees and users. The results of the model also show that the results of employees and users affect the results of the community and ultimately the key results of performance. This model is useful for comparing the responsive quality of a library service with other academic libraries.

Objective: A review of studies in the information seeking behavior of students and faculty members in ISC and Proquest databases through meta-analysis study.Methodology: This paper was meta-analyzed by the method introduced by Cooper (1994). To collect data, first all studies on information seeking behavior in Iran and the world up to 1399 in two scientific databases ISC and ProQuest were searchedFindings: In the studies carried out in this field (which included in the meta-analysis), a total of 16 variables and factors affecting information seeking behavior were identified in subgroups of students and faculty members. The overall results of the meta-analysis showed that the effect size or the coefficient of influence of the components and factors affecting the information seeking behavior is 0.593, which is rated as high according to Cohen's interpretive system. In addition, the extent of the effect of variables and factors affecting information seeking behavior is different in term of the two variables of sample group (students, faculty members, medical staff and citizens) and the field of study (internal and external research), and both variables are moderating variables affecting information-seeking behavior. Conclusion: The information seeking behavior of individuals is influenced by factors, and the 16 factors identified in this study considerably affect how individuals seek information. Furthermore, in addition to the independent factors and variables of the variable, information seeking behavior is different depending on different groups of society and their local context and language.
