Purpose: Purpose of this research is to show scientific collaboration of researchers in University of Tehran. It improve co-authorship network and develop international collaboration. Moreover, selection of professional researches is assigned. Methodology: Scientometrics approach is used on gathered data from Web of Science. Data was gathered from whole of the resources in Web of Science database that written by University of Tehran's researchers 2011-2015. Data analysis was done by Hist Cite, Node Xl and Vos viewer.Findings: Results show that scientific publishing has been descending until 2013 and at 2014, the most number of publishing was published. The highest ranking of citation is to joint article of Ganjali and Nourouzi. 56 resources of University of Tehran is cited by more than 50 resources. The most scientific Edge relationship was be done with Islamic Azad University, University Tehran medical science ,Tarbiat Modares University in national level and University calif davis, univ Malaya, univ Wisconsin

Purpose: The Purpose of this paper is formulating strategy for “Sama”, an Iranian E-publisher, to make its business more profitable in a Fledgling industry and design a business model in order to implement this model in “Sama”.Methodology: In this study, using the action research method and forming focus groups, all factors of “Sama” success in E-book market were examined and finally the strategy canvas that represent a competitive advantage has been designed. Findings: "Sama" business model as one of the leading Iranian electronic publishers was designed in order to create innovations in its business model and focus on non-customers (a large part of the population) instead of usual customers.

Abstract:Purpose: The Information and Communication Technology entered to libraries in the 1960s. The type of technologies that used in the libraries are "NFC"and "RFID". The aim of study is determine the technical capability of the NFC and RFID technologies in improving services of academic libraries and compare these based on Beredy pattern.Methodology: The research has been done with comparative-descriptive approach and by Beredy pattern. Findings: The main findings of research includes the similarities and differences of "NFC" and "RFID" according to Beredy Comparative Pattern and basis on criteria that includes application, components of Library system, components of hardware, software, firmware, standard situation, frequency range, operating frequency, distance of Reading, speed, communication mode, mode of operation, environment of performance, and security that is presented in the form of table.Originality: This research leads to better understanding and implementing the "NFC" in academic libraries of Iran, in the near future. Purpose: Nowadays ontologies are applied to improve the meaning of data in semantic web. The necessity of ontology engineering is due to providing an appropriate frame to define concepts and their relations with less ambiguity. The present paper tries to give theoretically a brief and exhaustive view to ontology and its evolution because background literature provides an explicit and better perception in research of this filed.Method/ aproach: The paper reviews and discusses the concept of ontology.Results: Ontologies are as an extended network of relations between elements and concepts to represent knowledge in information systems and semantic web. As a new approach in knowledge engineering ontologies are important in artificial intelligence. By making ontologies the conceptual structure among cocepts is extracted and presented in an explicit formalized format. Conclusion: Ontologies cause concept processing to be provided in different levels of human-machine interaction and are applied to knowledge sharing and representation. By designing and applying ontology to knowledge-based systems it is possible to resolve some existing problems in some fields such as retrieval systems, automatic reasoning process, designing intelligent systems and knowledge engineering.

Aim: The aim of this research was to study the main cultural barriers in establishing KM in Academic-Libraries.Method: Method of research was descriptive. Primary data gathered using a questionnaire. And secondary compiled by library survey. The statistical population including all of the librarians of Tabriz-University and the Medical- Sciences-University-of-Tabriz. In this research, the cultural-barriers were independent variables and the dependent variable was knowledge management.Findings of Research: The results of this study indicate that the average of all variables is moderate to high, which indicates that each of these variables as there are cultural-barriers to knowledge-management" in organizations. The dependent variable of knowledge-management is also less than average. This represents a significant inverse relationship between each of the components is the cultural-barriers to knowledge-management. Our findings also showed that the bivariate relationships between cultural-barriers and the establishment of knowledge-management in Tabriz-University-of-Medical-Sciences there was a significant inverse relationship. The results of stepwise-regression analysis revealed that among the factors in Tabriz-University also cultural-barriers only variable affecting the index variable resistance to change has been the establishment of knowledge management. The results of stepwise-regression analysis revealed that through cultural-barriers in Tabriz-University-of-Medical-Sciences only variable affecting knowledge-management, is lack of appropriate reward system.Originality: Despite the great amount of researches in knowledge-management especially with its establishment in academic-libraries and their emphasize on the importance of cultural-factors in the process, there is no independent research about cultural-barriers of knowledge-management in the libraries, thus this filling the gap can be considered as its originality.

AbstractPurpose: This study aimed at determining an application of personal information management developed by students at Masters and PhD theses through the study of the foundations and activities of PIM, based on Domain of PIM model. Methodology: This research was an applied research of a descriptive type. The research population consisted of all graduate students of Shahid Chamran University in Faculty of Education and psychology who entered in 1391. According to the census, 110 students were identified and examined. The instrument for data gathering was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was measured by content validity and its reliability by the Cronbach's Alpha that was .0.0.96. Data gathered were analyzed by using descriptive (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-statistic single group, Independent t and one-group univariate analysis) where a=0.05. Findings: The results of this study showed that an application of personal information management activities except for the refinding activity is higher than "average". There was no significant difference in terms of demographic characteristics. However, when the students become older, an application of finding, keeping & meta-level activities increases. Originality: This study offers integration framework based on a specific model to examine the application of personal information management activities developed by students at Masters and PhD theses of Shahid Chamran University in Faculty of Education and psychology.

Objective: This study examines the impact of brand equity on buyer behavior responses mediated through brand identity and brand trust In the SAMT institute publications.This study examines the impact of brand equity on academic book buyer behavior responses mediated through brand identity and brand trust on the SAMT publishing.Method: The aim of this study in the field of applied research and the method of data collection, research is descriptive survey. The study population included all students in human Sciences in Mashhad’s universities, which deals with the classification sampling proportional to population size, the number of 400 questionnaires distributed among them and finally, 384 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by LISREL software. Findings: The results showed that the brand equity of Behavioral buyers academic book publishing through the mediation of confidence and effective brand identity. It was also found that brand equity affects trust and brand identity. Trust also affects buyers’ behavioral responses, but the impact of brand identity on buyers’ behavioral responses was not verified.Originality / value: Branding the in publishing industry is something that can be released in a competitive environment, resulting in improved business performance. SAMT publisher due to its familiarity among the academic community and industry have a long tradition in the field of publishing, has been able to produce a good place to find books in the humanities and especially management.
