<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Objective: This research is based on comparative study of teaching information literacy skills effectiveness by a teacher and a librarian in two smart high schools. A sample course was devised and used to gauge the effectiveness of these skills on pupils and determine the basis of eligibility for teaching “information literacy skills “at schools.
Methodology: Quasi-experimental and documentary method was deployed. 12 smart high schools in Tehran were surveyed. Absal and Nedai Azadi schools were selected because of their similarity in IT infrastructure and reputation. A librarian in Absal School and A teacher in Nedai Azadi School taught information literacy skills during four sessions (about 4 hours) in a 3 week.
Findings: Information literacy skills of pupils were observed before the course was offered. There was no meaningful difference between students in these two schools based on result of independent t test. The average of difference between post test and pre test scores demonstrated that the Liberian (1.33) and teacher (0.07) improved pupils’ information literacy skills. Based on paired t test, the difference rate was meaningful just in the group trained by the librarian. In general comparison between results of literacy skills, s scores pre and post test in two groups with teacher or librarian, there is meaningful difference.]]></dcterms:abstract>

<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Objective: The present study aims to gauge the impact of organizational structure on entrepreneurial attitude of employees in University of Tehran Campus libraries located in Metro Tehran
Methodology: While essentially an applied research, a questionnaire was employed to collect the data within a descriptive survey. To measure the dimensions of the organizational structure Robbins’ standard questionnaire was used. To measure entrepreneurial attitude, Lampkin’s standard questionnaire was used. Samples were selected on a random scale from among the librarians in university of Tehran (250). Using Cochrane formulae a final 150 member sample was selected.
Findings: Data analysis demonstrated that organizational structure impacts positively on the entrepreneurial attitude of the staff. The findings could aid University of Tehran library managers in identifying the weaknesses and strengths of an effective organizational structure design in emergence of attitude and individual inclinations towards entrepreneurial activities]]></dcterms:abstract>

<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Objective: The outliving manuscripts have not enjoyed the same future. Although some manuscripts are favored with accurate information paving the way for researchers’ studies, for a considerable number of which, there is not enough information available. Some manuscripts are wrongly associated with false authors; the real authors of which are anonymous. A great number of manuscripts have been partly or wholly destroyed by natural and unnatural phenomena as well.
Methodology: The present study aims at evaluating the data reported from manuscripts adopting a method which has recently been referred to as ‘Reverse Engineering’ in engineering sciences. Through this method, based on ‘mere technology’ or ‘technology accompanied by other majors and fields of study’, it would be possible to increase the scientific facets of codicologistic studies. Consequently, it would be possible to report on the non-authenticity or counterfeiters of manuscripts.
Findings: the researcher has tried to utilize the books and articles available in the two majors of “Librarianship Sciences” as well as “Engineering Sciences.” It can be concluded that the borderlines between phraseology, research, and the criticism are not crystal-clear revealing a direct relationship between reverse engineering and codicology.]]></dcterms:abstract>
