The structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The research instrument was a questionnaire with tree constructs (students` engagement Schaufeli and Bakker (2006), attitude to knowledge sharing, Bock et al. (2005), and knowledge sharing behavior Van den Hoof and De Ridder (2004)). The study’s participants were a sample of full-time doctoral students of Shiraz University; 250 students were selected inspired by stratified-random selection, and eventually 214 questionnaires were considered for analysis.Findings: The findings indicated a significant relationship between students` engagement and knowledge sharing behaviors among Shiraz University doctoral students. The study also pointed out a significant positive correlation between students` engagements and attitudes toward knowledge sharing. Keywords: students` engagement, attitudes to knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing behaviors, doctoral students, academic settings.]]></dcterms:abstract>

Participants acknowledged that, though they had not been trained in this field formally, there is no sufficient and appropriate legislation to stop these misconducts and the prosecution. There is no meaningful statistically difference between men and women in their familiarity scale. In addition, they asserted that there is high level of probability for whole Iranian researchers to commit some forms of research misconducts and in contrast there is low probability to commit these misconducts themselves.]]></dcterms:abstract>

<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Purpose: This research was conducted to assess the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational indifference among librarians working at central libraries of universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in the city of Tehran Methodology: The method used in this research was analytical survey and the statistical population of the study comprised all librarians holding a diploma or a higher degree working in different sections of central library’s affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in the city of Tehran in 1392 (2012-2013). 219 questionnaires were distributed among these librarians, 177 of which were collected and analyzed. The required data was collected using the perceived organizational support questionnaire ((Eisenberger et al, 1986) and the organizational indifference questionnaire (Salariyeh, 2011). Findings: The results showed that among the librarians forming the statistical population, the rate of perceived organizational support is below the average and so is the rate of organizational indifference. Hence, there is a meaningful and reverse relationship between perceived organizational support and occurrence of organizational indifference among librarians of the statistical population.]]></dcterms:abstract>

For analyzing the data SPSS software was used in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: based on the results mean of marketing process improvement components based on 7P is more than the average level. Also among the respondents’ views, there is no significant difference based on demographic variables field of study, type of work in library and different universities.
