The required data was collected using the perceived organizational support questionnaire ((Eisenberger et al, 1986) and the organizational indifference questionnaire (Salariyeh, 2011). Findings: The results showed that among the librarians forming the statistical population, the rate of perceived organizational support is below the average and so is the rate of organizational indifference. Hence, there is a meaningful and reverse relationship between perceived organizational support and occurrence of organizational indifference among librarians of the statistical population.
