Purpose: Ultra-time teams, being capable of conducting great and long-term deeds, have significant impact on the development of production capacity and knowledge management. Correspondingly, encyclopedias are considered valuable knowledge assets due to their influence in education, research, and culture of scientific communities. It is worth noting that composing such large scale and up to date encyclopedias runs beyond one human generation; therefore, utilizing collaborative work group running beyond one generation is necessary for developing a long-living encyclopedia. Hence, this study aims at compiling the prerequisites and qualifications associated with a formal ultra-time team whose purpose would be development of an online, comprehensive, long-standing, reliable, and ultra-time encyclopedia dealing with Imam Ali’s (AS) original life manifestations, personality, speeches and guidance. <br /> Methodology: Based on the subject’s nature, the research was carried out in a qualitative manner. Moreover, the research experts’ community comprised individuals who were experienced and well-versed in compilation and publication of encyclopedias and dictionaries or designing work teams. Among the research experts’ community, 12 people were selected in a snowball manner and were interviewed. The texts of the interviews were regularly coded and analyzed by means of Thematic Analysis method. Finally, the related concepts and themes were extracted from them. <br /> Findings: The themes obtained from the gathered data were distinguished in terms of 10 main and 50 sub themes and were organized in theme map.<br /> Originality: Considering the necessity for compiling an online encyclopedia by means of ultra-time teams, this study enjoys specific novelty.

Aim:evaluation of criticism thinking skill of librarianship and information students and its relationship with university atmosphere and their gender in Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran.<br /> Research methodology:the method is analysis correlation type and has been done by scaling method. The statistical society is all the graduated and ph.D students of librarianship and information of Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran. This group consists of 141 members which studied in 1394.In this study California criticism thinking skill test(form B)was used and data by using Pierson Correlation Coefficient and Manova Test was evaluated.<br /> Findings:the skill of graduated students of determined universities with evaluation skill is more than others.Although there is a congruity in minor scales of criticism thinking(evaluation, analysis, and deduction)among ph.D students skill but totally evaluation result of their criticism thinking is in average. Also it is perceived that evaluation skill of graduated students of Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran is more than others. In minor scales of analysis and deduction graduated students of Science and Research Branch showed better performance than North Branch.Totally critical thinking level of graduated students of Azad universities of Tehran is some higher than average. From triple skills of critical thinking evaluation gained low score.<br /> Conclusion:information society in which the sagacity is the wealth of society the condition of creating added values is conversion of sagacity to capability by training the critical thinking.According to results of this study the case universities with goals and performances should consider training of critical thinking and related skills as one of important missions and their priorities.

The present study aims to investigate the relationship among time management and information literacy and anxiety of research in researcher teachers of Ardabil Town. This descriptive study is of correlational kind. It population includes 344 persons of Ardabil City in academic year 93-94 which among them 181 persons were selected as sample by the stratified random sampling method and according to Kerejsi and Morgan table. To collect data, questionnaire of time management Hashemizade et al. (1385), questionnaire of information literacy of Duel (1994) and questionnaire of anxiety of research of Higins and Kutrlic (2006) were used. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts. Also, in the present research, using Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient, reliability amount was obtained for time management questionnaire (0.83), information literacy questionnaire (0.89) and anxiety of research questionnaire (0.35). to analyze data, one sample t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regressions were used. Obtained results indicate that amount of time management and information literacy of researcher teachers meaningfully are higher than medium level and amount of their anxiety of research meaningfully is lower than medium and there are meaningfully negative relationship among time management, information literacy, their dimensions and anxiety of research of researcher teachers. Results of analyzing multiple regressions indicate that seven dimensions of informational literacy, there is a meaningful and predictor among information literacy, interpretation, combination, using information and anxiety of research of researcher teachers.

Objective: Information seeking behavior and information literacy fields derive from the need for information and learning. These fields are interconnected: on one hand, research on information seeking behavior reveals the necessity of information literacy; on the other hand, information literacy is the basis of effective information seeking behavior. Current research aims at investigating the impact of short term information literacy training on information seeking abilities based on Shenton and Hay-Gibson model.<br /> Methodology: this research is quasi-experimental and falls in pretest-posttest control group design. The sample size is 81 faculties of tow training and research centers, of which 47 were in experimental group and 34 were in control group. Both experimental and control groups were homogenous in term of some variables including gender, age, university degree, and university of last degree. The Comenius University questionnaire on information seeking abilities with some justifications was used to collect date in both pretests and posttests. Cronbach's alpha test and expert survey proved the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, respectively. Furthermore, Exploratory Factor Analysis was used for identification of information seeking abilities principal components. Finally, independent t-test and analysis of covariance was used for data analysis. <br /> Findings: The result showed that Information literacy training has a positive impact on the information seeking abilities of faculty members.<br /> Result: information literacy training has potential of improving information seeking abilities of faculties.

Aim: This study aimed “to survey the relationship between social capital and organizational learning in Tabriz Academic libraries”.<br /> Methodology: This descriptive- analytic study was conducted through a survey. The statistical population of this research is Tabriz govermental University libraries,. The first questionnaire was designed based on the Senge model for organizational learning and the second questionnaire was designed based on the model of the Nahapiet and Goshal for measuring social capital. <br /> Finding: The findings indicate that the status of social capital of Tabriz university libraries is moderate and among the components of this component, the group relationships have the lowest mean and identity component of the most average. The findings also show that the level of organizational learning in academic libraries is also moderate. Personal mastery has the highest mean and team learning component has the lowest average. Also the findings show a significant difference between the organizational learning of librarians of academic libraries based on social capital levels. Correlation analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of social capital and organizational learning. Also, the path analysis indicated that the dimensions of social capital were respectively the importance of organizational learning; the cognitive dimension with the total effect of 0/439 was the dimension relation with the total effect of 0/405 and the structural dimension with a total effect of 0/304. In total, the components of social capital explained 50/8% of the organizational learning changes of librarians in academic libraries.
