In order to resolve the enigma that for the running of a library an expert is more Suitable Administrator, 50 questionaires were circulated among the librarians. The analysis of their answers shows that most of the persons looking after our libraries are administrators and not librarians, whereas the consensus among the librarians is that it is only their community which can introduce a dynamism in the libraries and not the non-professional administrators.
