The Specialized Personnel in each Library will able to manage their services offered by the users. The Job-satisfaction is an important factor
that affects to the rendered services. In this study Librarian's Job satisfaction is considered as a dependent variable which is related to some factors such as: Job modification, reward systems, administration, management, collegues, continuing education and physical environment
it is also considered that an independent variable effect different
factors such as: librarian's activities, their absence of work, changing their place of work and their physical and mental health, due to the
above variables, administrators and managers can provide a convenient job, envirenment for librarians, to use the best and most of their
knowledge and skills in rendering better and qualified services.
