The purpose of this study is to redesigning and reengineering of human resource of the central library and documentation center of the University of Tehran in leisure times. This Research is based on survey method and is done by use of questionnaire. Results show that the number of user of the central library and documentation center of the University of Tehran is decreased in leisure times. Thus the human resources of library can be redesigned and reengineered
