Objective: The present paper is primarily concerned with identifying Web 2.0 processes and their link to traditional knowledge management processes. It would then expound on the pros and cons of utilizing interactive Web 2.0 tools in knowledge management.
Methodology: Library Survey was used.
Findings: In order to fully understand the potential design and development possibilities of Web 2.0-based knowledge management programs, it is necessary to have a clear and precise understanding and combination of Web 2.0 and traditional knowledge management processes.
