Objective: The present paper studies the feasibility of implementing electronic reference services in the Central Library and Documentation Center of University of Tehran [CENLIB].
Methodology: A user-centered approach was implemented based on descriptive method through the use of researcher-developed questionnaire. Samples were drawn from postgraduate students' members of CENLIB. Findings: Results indicate that users who have access to ICT, because of their relative familiarity with ICT-based services, are more inclined towards electronic reference services.
