Objective: This research aims to investigate the correlation between ergonomics conditions and job burnout among Librarians in the University of Isfahan.
Methodology: The research method is descriptive correlation study. The research data was collected by Maslash burnout inventory for determining job burnout among librarians and checklist of standards and principles of ergonomics for evaluation of ergonomics conditions. The population consists of 61 librarians of University of Isfahan, the questionnaire was delivered to all of them and 57 copies were returned. For analyzing the data the SPSS 16 was used.
Findings: The findings showed there is no correlation between ergonomics conditions and intensity and frequency of emotional exhaustion, personal performance and depersonalization.
