Objective: The present study investigates the links between spiritual intelligence and happiness among librarians currently employed by University of Tehran.
Methodology: A descriptive correlation method was deployed. Esmael Naseri’s Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008) and Oxford Happiness Inventory (2010) were used. 150 questionnaires were collected, of which 132 were selected and were subjected to statistical analysis.
Findings: results indicated that there is a signifant correlation between spiritual intelligence and happiness. This is further substantiated through statistical analysis. Findings further indicate there are no significant correlation between librarian spiritual intelligence and happiness based on sex and marital status
