Performance Evaluation of The Center for Intellectual Development of Children and adolescents in Iran Using EFQM Model for Excellence and Suggested Model for Establishment of an International Children and Adolescent Library

Abstract

Objective: The present paper main objective is to evaluate the performance of CIDCA using EFQM model for excellence
Methodology: A mixed method was used for the survey. Sample was drawn from CIDCA policy makers and senior management.
Findings: Results indicate that based on the said model, CIDCA receives 278.15 out of the possible 1000 score. It is further demonstrated that by taking the necessary steps, it is possible to establish an international library for children and adolescents in Iran. A model for such library is also suggested.
