One of the dedicated collections in the library of Daka University is the
library of the late prof. Habib - al Rahman, who has published many books on the issues of medical science history, social and religious affairs of the Moslims. The Late Prof. dedicated many manuscripts and lithographical books in Persian Language.
Some of the manuscripts kept in Daka University have special value,
for instance the story of "Ebrat bar" which deals with biography of Molana - Obidollah - e Obaidy ,. the author and Poet of the 19 th century
