Abstract

Objective: The present investigation examines the effect of transformational leadership on reducing burn-out among library staff at Shahid Beheshti University.
Method: This is a basic research whose data was collected through survey. The correlations between variables, however, were based on Functional equations modeling.
Findings: Transformational leadership style demonstrate to have an important impact on reduction of library staff burn-out (emotional exhaustion, lowered personal performance and personality metempsychosis)
