نقش میانجی انگیزش پژوهشی در رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و شایستگی پژوهشی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی

چکیده

هدف: شایستگی‌های پژوهشی، یکی از متغیرهای کلیدی و تأثیرگذار در بین دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی است که باید به آن توجه جدی شود. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی انگیزش پژوهشی در رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و شایستگی پژوهشی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه پیام نور استان کرمانشاه و کردستان انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه­های پیام نور استان کرمانشاه و کردستان به تعداد 1200 نفر بود که تعداد 270 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‏ها از پرسشنامه شایستگی پژوهشی یونسی و دیگران (1399)، پرسشنامه انگیزش پژوهشی صالحی و دیگران (1394) و پرسشنامه سواد اطلاعاتی یزدانی (1391) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و برای بررسی برازش مدل پژوهش از نرم‌افزار SmartPLS استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته ­های پژوهش نشان داد که سواد اطلاعاتی بر انگیزش پژوهشی تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد؛ انگیزش پژوهشی بر شایستگی پژوهشی تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد؛ و سواد اطلاعاتی بر شایستگی پژوهشی تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد. همچنین انگیزش پژوهشی در رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و شایستگی پژوهشی نقش میانجی دارد. علاوه‌براین، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل مفهومی شایستگی پژوهشی براساس سواد اطلاعاتی با نقش واسطه‌ای انگیزش پژوهشی با مدل تجربی برازش دارد.
 نتیجه‌گیری: امروزه شایستگی‏های پژوهشی برای دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی ضرورت دارد و با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می‏توان گفت که تقویت سواد اطلاعاتی و انگیزش پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی می‏تواند اثری مثبت بر رشد شایستگی‏های پژوهشی دانشجویان داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Objective:Research competence is one of the most significant and influential factors among postgraduate students. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the mediating role of research motivation in the relationship between information literacy and research competence among graduate students at Payam Noor University in Kermanshah and Kurdistan.
Method: This is a descriptive-analytical, correlational study that examines the relationship between dependent, independent, and mediating variables using variance-based structural equations. The research population consisted of 1,200 graduate students from Payame Noor Universities in Kermanshah and Kurdistan provinces in Iran, of which 270 were selected as the sample. Data collection tools included questionnaires: the research competence questionnaire by Yonsi et al. (2016), the research motivation questionnaire by Salehi et al. (2015), and the information literacy questionnaire by Yazdani (2015). SPSS software (version 22) was used for data analysis, and SmartPLS software was employed to assess the fit of the research model.
Results: The research findings revealed that information literacy has a positive and direct effect on research motivation, and research motivation, in turn, has a positive and direct effect on research competence. Additionally, information literacy directly and positively influences research competence. Furthermore, research motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between information literacy and research competence.
Conclusions: Today, research skills are essential for graduate students. According to the results of this study, strengthening the information literacy and research motivation of graduate students can positively contribute to the development of their research skills.
