The present research has been carried out to study the structure of indexing language databases of IRANDOC. Three databases have been selected as a sample: Iranian Dissertation Abstracts. Directory of Scientific Meetings Held in Iran. Current Research in Iranian Universities and Research Centers. Some descriptors have been selected as a sample for study. To analyze the descriptors checklist was needed, for this reason the descriptors were produced with reference to different resources of rules and guidelines related to standards, which has been submitted in the form of checklist with the title of Descriptors Evaluation Indexes Table. According to the checklist, the descriptors have been studied under five specialties and the results were analyzed
