Technological developments cause children today go further beyond their homes and their society. They have different expectations from the last generation. Their mental and social structure have changed.
The traditional systems of education could not answer to their needs, so they must change and be coped with the technological development.
One of the ways to change the education a! systems is cclrecting the structure of the systems by applying developed communicational thecnologies and computers in educational centers.
This article proposed changing of school liberties into learning centers or into educational communication centers. Teachers and students, in this way, do not need to go from one place to the other one, and without waste of time will continue to their learning and teaching. They will shore together in the use of the center
