Periodical's directors of library and information sciences emphasis on the restriction of the number of publishing translated articles. The results
of such decisions are the small number of translated up to data literature. Besides, the educational groups in the faculties also evaluate a translated
article with one score against four scorces for writing an article. This also caused the restriction of published translated literature in the field which
the excatives should seriously think about it
