Objective: The present research investigates the ICT attitudes of graduate and undergraduate students of Mazandaran University
Methodoloy: Using a descriptive survey, cluster sampling of 357 undergraduate and 228 graduate students was taken.
Findings: With respect to ICT fluency, mean score for undergraduate students was 13.27 and for graduate students was 15.88. Only 1.3 percent of undergraduate students had more than average scores.
