Objective: Assessing and comprising the level of information seeking competencies of Post graduate students in Faculty of Agriculture of Tarbiat Modares University and College of Agriculture of University of Tehran in terms of access, evaluate, and determining the nature of the information
Method: A survey was used to collect information from a questionnaire based on ACRL standards.
Results: The amount of information seeking skills of post graduate students in Faculty of Agriculture University of Tarbiat Modares is 2.96 and in College of Agriculture of University of Tehran is 2.80. T test was used to test the first hypothesis, which showed according to the results of previous similar research (2.58) information seeking skills of both are desirable. The Mann-Whitney U test revealed significant differences between the skills of these two faculties.
