تبیین رابطۀ التزام دانشجویان و رفتار تسهیم دانش در دانشگاه: سهم متغیر نگرش به تسهیم دانش

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ بین کیفیت التزام دانشجویان و رفتار تسهیم دانش آنان با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه‌گری نگرش به تسهیم دانش است.
روش: این پژوهش با روش پیمایشی بین دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه شیراز انجام شده است که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دورۀ دکتری دانشگاه شیراز بود که از بین آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری 250 نفر انتخاب و در نهایت 214 پرسشنامه تحلیل شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های التزام دانشجویان شافلی و باکر (2006)، نگرش به تسهیم دانش بوک و همکاران (2005) و تسهیم دانش ون‌دن‌هوف و رایدر (2004) بود. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر به‌وسیلۀ مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری بین التزام و نگرش و سرانجام بروز و ظهور رفتار تسهیم دانش در بین دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه شیراز وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The main purpose of the present research was to investigate the possible relationship between the quality of students` engagement and their knowledge sharing behaviors with regard to the role of the attitude to knowledge sharing as a mediator variable.
Methodology: the method employed for this study was a survey, which was conducted among doctoral students of Shiraz University. The structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The research instrument was a questionnaire with tree constructs (students` engagement Schaufeli and Bakker (2006), attitude to knowledge sharing, Bock et al. (2005), and knowledge sharing behavior Van den Hoof and De Ridder (2004)). The study’s participants were a sample of full-time doctoral students of Shiraz University; 250 students were selected inspired by stratified-random selection, and eventually 214 questionnaires were considered for analysis.
Findings: The findings indicated a significant relationship between students` engagement and knowledge sharing behaviors among Shiraz University doctoral students. The study also pointed out a significant positive correlation between students` engagements and attitudes toward knowledge sharing.
