ارزشگذاری اقتصادی خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط (CVM): کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارزشگذاری اقتصادی خدمات عمومی با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط و اهداف فرعی، برآورد میانگین تمایل به پرداخت برای خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی، عوامل جمعیت‌شناختی مؤثر بر تمایل به پرداخت و ارزشگذاری اقتصادی و قیمت‌گذاری انواع خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی مورد بررسی است.
روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش پیمایشی و ارزشگذاری مشروط (CVM) و تکنیک تمایل به پرداخت (WTP) استفاده می‌شود. جامعۀ پژوهش، استفاده‌کنندگان از کتابخانه‌های عمومی به تعداد 176000 نفر و نمونۀ انتخاب‌شده 1176 نفر و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامۀ تمایل به پرداخت، شامل 36 سؤال است. در این پژوهش از روش‌ها و الگوهای آماری مانند آمار توصیفی، رگرسیون خطی و رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده خواهد شد.
یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که میانگین تمایل به پرداخت پول برای هر نفر به‌طور سالانه برای خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی220/11728 تومان و میانۀ تمایل به پرداخت برای هر نفر 10000 تومان است. بنابراین با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش 25 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان تمایل دارند مبلغی معادل 6000 تومان و کمتر بپردازند، و 50 درصد نیز تمایل دارند که 10000 تومان و کمتر از آن بپردازند، همچنین 75 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان تمایل دارند سالانه مبلغ 15000 تومان و کمتر از آن برای حفظ و بهبود خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی بپردازند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهای جنسیت، سن، شغل و سطح تحصیلات، بر تمایل به پرداخت استفاده‌کنندگان از خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The main objective of this research was the economic valuation of public library services using the contingent valuation. Although, estimating the average willingness to pay for public library service, demographics on the willingness to pay, and economic valuation and pricing public library services were other objectives that investigated in this study.
Methodology: Explanatory variables in the study variables (SPM) declared preferences demographic, cultural and social - users of public library services. the number of users of public libraries is 176,000 persons, and selected by 1176 people. The questionnaire included 36 questions related to willingness to pay. In this study, statistical models, such as, descriptive statistics, linear regression, and regression logistics were used.
Finding: The results show that the average willingness to pay per person (per year) is 117280.22 Rials used for the public library service center for any individual willing to pay 100,000 Rials. Thus, according to the findings, 25 percent of respondents tend equivalent Rs 60,000 and less pay, and 50 percent are willing to pay 100,000 Rials 100,000 Rials or less; also, 75 % of research sample is willing to pay 150,000 Rials or less per year to maintain Public library service pay.
Results: In addition to the overall willingness to pay for library services tend to pay for 15% of all public library service was also calculated. Results also showed The gender, age, occupation, income, education the willingness to pay for service users public libraries are effective .
