بررسی اثر بخشی کتاب در بهبود درمان بیماران سرطانی گروه سنی ب (9-7 سال)

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی نقش کتاب درمانی در بهبود شرایط روحی کودکان سرطانی و افزایش امید به زندگی در روند درمان می‌باشد.
روش مطالعه: در این مطالعه 40 کودک مبتلا به سرطان پس از اطلاع رسانی کامل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این کودکان به سه گروه 15، 15 و 10 نفری تقسیم شدند. به دو گروه یک کتاب با محتوای انگیزشی داده شد و به یک گروه بعنوان گروه کنترل کتابی اهدا نشد. پیش از مطالعه کتاب و پس از آن از کودکان خواسته ‌شد تا پرسشنامه امیدواری میلر را پر کنند. در نهایت داده‌ها با آزمون‌های t-زوجی و One-Way Anova آنالیز گردید و 0.05 P-Value <به عنوان حد معنادار در نظر گرفته ‌شد.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 40 کودک مبتلا به سرطان (21 پسر و 19 دختر با رنج سنی 9-7 و میانگین سنی 78/0 ± 9/7) شرکت داده‌ شدند. در گروه اول میزان امید به زندگی پس از مطالعه کتاب "سالمونی که جسارت ورزید و بالاتر پرید" نسبت به قبل از مطالعه دارای افزایش چشمگیر بود (P < 0/001). در گروه دوم پس از مطالعه کتاب "خودت را بپذیر" میزان امید به زندگی نسبت به قبل از مطالعه کتاب افزایش یافت (P < 0/01). میزان امید به زندگی در کودکان گروه کنترل بعد از مطالعه نسبت به قبل از مطالعه اندکی افزایش یافت (P < 0/05).
نتیجه‌گیری: ما در این مطالعه برای اولین بار نشان دادیم که استفاده از کتاب‌هایی در حوزه روان‌شناختی کودک و محتوای انگیزشی سبب افزایش امید به زندگی در کودکان می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Bibliotherapy in improving children's mental status and increasing life expectancy in the treatment process.
Methods: In this study, 40 children with cancer were fully informed. The children were divided into three groups of 15, 15, and 10. Two groups received a book with motivational content .One group as control group don’t received book. Before and after the reading of book, children were asked to complete the Miller Hope Questionnaire. Finally, the data were analyzed by paired t test and one-way Anova test and P value Results: In this study, 40 children with cancer (21 males and 19 females, age range 7-9 years and mean ± SD= 78 ± 0.97) were recruited. In the first group, the rate of life expectancy was significantly higher than the pre-study of book “Salmone who dared and jumped higher” (P <0.001). In the second group, after reading the book "Doing Yourself", the life expectancy increase compared to before reading the book (P <0.01). The rate of life expectancy in children in control group after intervention was a bit higher than before (P <0.05).
Conclusion: In this study, for the first time, we showed that the use of books in the psychological domain of the child and the motivational content increases the life expectancy of children.
