Their validity was confirmed by experts and professors, and the reliability is in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha is calculated 0.95, 0.92, and 0.93. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, modeling PLS and SPSS 21 software were used. The findings showed that there is a relationship between IT and knowledge management and organizational learning among the staff of Farhangian University, as well as between IT with knowledge management components (recognition of knowledge, knowledge acquisition, knowledge use, knowledge sharing, knowledge development, knowledge maintenance) and components of organizational learning (individual skills, mental models, common perspective, comprehension), and their relationship model has a good fit. Also, of 0.75, and mental models with coefficient of influence of 0.76. Considering the impact of IT on knowledge, using their communication model in planning and decision making of this university is recommended.
