چکیده
هدف: فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات منجر به ظهور نسل جدیدی از کتابخانه ها به نام کتابخانه دیجیتال گردیده است. این کتابخانه‌ها به نیروی متخصص و آموزش دیده، به منظور ارائه خدما ت به کاربران نیازمند هستند. در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته برنامه درسی مستقل به منظور آموزش کتابداران طراحی و پیاده سازی شده است. در ایران کتابدارن پزشکی آموزش مناسب به منظور ارائه خدمات در کتابخانه‌های دیجیتال را ندارند.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و نوع توصیفی است. در این مقاله به منظور رفع نیاز کتابداران پزشکی با رویکرد کیفی (روش تطبیقی و تکنیک دلفی) برنامه کتابخانه دیجیتال پزشکی طراحی شد.
یافته‌ها: ابتدا محتوای برنامه درسی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد کتابخانه دیجیتال در کشورهای اسپانیا، سوئد، آمریکا و برنامه بین اللملی مشترک سه کشور ایتالیا، نروژ و استونی جستجو شد.محتوای برنامه ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. با روش تطبیقی جرج بردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. واحدهای درسی هر برنامه و میزان اشتراکات و اختلافات در هر برنامه درسی مشخص شد. سپس واحدهای درسی انتخابی از این برنامه‌ها و همچنین نظرات متخصصان در این حوزه به وسیله دلفی دورانده به نظر اعضای هیئت علمی گروه‌های کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی ایران رسید و رتبه‌بندی شد.
اصالت اثر: در نهایت، با الهام از عناصر برنامه های درسی در کشورهای ذکر شده و نظرات اعضای هیئت علمی برنامه درسی کتابخانه دیجیتال پزشکی طراحی گردید.نتایج حاصل از این مقاله می‌تواند راهنمایی برای استفاده طراحان برنامه درسی در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی ایران باشد.

چکیده [English]
Objective: Information and communication technology has led to the emergence of a new generation of libraries called digital libraries. These libraries need specialized and trained staff to provide services to users. In developed countries, independent curricula have been designed and implemented to train librarians. In Iran, medical librarians do not have the appropriate training to provide services in digital libraries.
Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive type. In this article, in order to meet the needs of medical librarians with a qualitative approach (comparative method and Delphi technique), the digital medical library program was designed.
Results: The content of the digital library master's degree curriculum was first searched in Spain, Sweden, the United States and the joint international curriculum of Italy, Norway and Estonia. The content of the curriculum was studied. . The credits of each program and the amount of subscriptions and differences in each curriculum were determined. Then, the selected courses from these programs as well as the opinions of experts in this field were reached and ranked by the faculty members of the Iranian Library and Medical Information Departments by Delphi Durandeh.
Originality of the work: Finally, inspired by the elements of the curriculum in the mentioned countries and the opinions of the faculty members of the curriculum, the digital medical library was designed. The results of this article can be a guide for curriculum designers in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education Be.
