لزوم مهندسی مجدد منابع انسانی کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه تهران در ایام فراغت آموزشی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به چرایی لزوم مهندسی و طراحی مجدد منابع انسانی کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه تهران می‌پردازد. روش پژوهش پیماشی است و داده‌های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شده است. بنا بر نتایج به دست آمده، کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه تهران در ایام تعطیلات آموزشی با کاهش تعداد مراجعه‌کنندگان مواجه خواهد بود. لذا می‌توان در این مقطع زمانی از منابع انسانی مستقر در بخش ارائه خدمات به منظور انجام امور دوره‌ای مانند، وجین، کنترل موجودی، رف‌خوانی و نیز روزآمدسازی منابع استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to redesigning and reengineering of human resource of the central library and documentation center of the University of Tehran in leisure times. This Research is based on survey method and is done by use of questionnaire. Results show that the number of user of the central library and documentation center of the University of Tehran is decreased in leisure times. Thus the human resources of library can be redesigned and reengineered
